The issues that face Native American students are important to everyone who want to advance equity and access for all students. The College Board and the advisory committees strive to advance Native American student access and success by creating NASAI, a forum to share the best practices and strategies currently being implemented in schools, colleges and communities. It is important that we continue our advocacy to ensure that Native American issues remain at the forefront of diversity agendas in schools and on campuses across the United States.

The state of California, with its rich diversity in tribal nations, is the perfect place to continue this important dialogue. NASAI 2012 will be hosted at UCLA in Los Angeles, Calif.
